RCTA currently has the following positions available.

Driver- Part time: Seeking part-time drivers willing to work 5 days a week and occasional Saturdays. Applicants currently holding a CDL license with P endorsement is a plus. However, RCTA is willing to train the right individual. Successful applicants must possess a High School diploma or GED, be able to pass a criminal background check and drivers license check, and pass a pre-employment physical and drug/alcohol screening. Starting wages without a CDL is $16.87/hr. while training, with a CDL is $17.37/hr. while training, and all employees will receive a raise around the 6 month mark to $17.69/ hr. as you are released from probation and become a regular employee. Maintenance- Part time: Seeking part-time maintenance person willing to work 5 days a week and occasional Saturdays. Applicants currently holding a CDL license with P endorsement is a plus. However, RCTA is willing to train the right individual. Successful applicants must possess a High School diploma or GED, be able to pass a criminal background check and driver’s license check and pass a pre-employment physical and drug/alcohol screening. Starting wages without a CDL is $17.49/hr. while training for a CDL, with a CDL is $17.99/hr. while training until the 6 probationary period has been completed, and the employee will receive a raise around the 6 month mark to $18.31/ hr. as they become regular employees. Dispatcher- Part time: Seeking part-time dispatchers willing to work 5 days a week, occasional Saturdays and occasional after hours on call for Non Emergency Medical Transportation.. Applicants must be self starters and able to multitask, communicate with a team and adapt to changes. Successful applicants must possess a High School diploma or GED, be able to pass a criminal background check and driver's license check, and drug/alcohol screening. Marijuana is federally illegal and is not permitted while employed. Starting wage is $16.87/hr. After completion of a 6 month probationary period, employees will receive a raise to $17.69/ hr. as you are released from probation and become a regular employee.
